The discounts apply only to those books published by the Swedish Work Environment Authority.

Conditions of payment

Payment occurs via invoice within 30 days from the date on the invoice.

We do not charge for invoicing or processing.

Conditions of delivery

Delivery time is normally 5–7 working days.

Letters are delivered by first class mail and packages are delivered with the Swedish Postal Service’s company parcel service.

Returns

It is possible to return a purchase. The right to return a purchase applies for 14 days from when you received the goods. Read more in the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

Internet transactions are regulated in the Distance Contracts Act.

With incorrect delivery or if the publications are damaged, please contact our Publication Service.

Please label the return with our reference and order number as shown on the invoice or packing slip. (1998:204)

Personal information given in connection with subscriptions and the ordering of information material is saved so that we are able to process the order. Furthermore, the information about what you have ordered is saved so that we are able to give you information about new products that could be of interest to you. In cases where we charge for the material, the invoice background material is saved in accordance with bookkeeping regulations.
