Department of Security and Facilities

The Department is primarily tasked with:

  • Managing and coordinating the protective security work.
  • Working to ensure safe and secure workplaces.
  • Ensuring that the organisation is run in accordance with the legislation and regulations that have been approved in connection with the legislation.
  • Carrying out staff security clearances.
  • Responsibility for the organisation’s reporting channels.
  • Responsibility for overarching security policies and regulations.
