Request for register extract under the General Data Protection Regulation

You have the right to request access to personal data about you which is held by the Swedish Work Environment Authority. This is stipulated in Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is known as a request for a register extract. Obtaining a register extract is free. You are entitled to receive your register extract within one month.

Submitting a request for your data using your bank ID or e-ID

Enter your national identification number and log in using your e-ID.

Once you have submitted the request, you will receive a case number, which will be shown on your screen. Make a note of this number or take a screenshot if you wish to save your case number.

We will only search for personal data based on your national identification number and name.

You will receive notification when your register extract is complete if you are registered with the Mina meddelanden (My notifications) e-service. You will be notified via the email address you provided in the application if you are not registered with My notifications.

The notification you receive from us contains a link to your documents, which can be saved. The link is available for 30 days.

You can obtain the results yourself using Electronic deliveries. You can also view information about your request.

Log in with your e-ID and download your register extract.
