Frequently asked questions
-
If the work is carried out in several locations, you must submit a new report for each workplace.
You must also submit a new notification if:
- the employee has a permanent change of place of work during the posting
- the work is to be carried out for another recipient of services.
-
No. You only need to report the date when the employee will start and end their work. For example, you do not need to report temporary absences due to illness, leave or vacation during the period of posting.
-
Before the start date of the notified posting, you can change all of the information and also delete a notification.
Once the posting has started, you can only change the end date details (if it has not already passed) and change the contact person. For example, if the contact person needs to resign from the assignment or leave Sweden temporarily, you must report a new contact person.
