If an employee needs to work from home due to the risk of COVID-19, the employer is still responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for the employee. The requirements on workplace design can usually be met in the home, but such things as proper lighting and ergonomics should be considered. If you cannot arrange for an equally good seat in the home, more frequent breaks to move around may be necessary.
