Reports from employees are covered by professional secrecy according to 28 chap. 14 § in the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL). This means that we, in practice, during a request from the employer or another outside party, only answer that we can neither confirm nor deny that there is a report about bad conditions from an employee.
