The Swedish Work Environment Authority's telephone exchange is open every weekday 8.00-16.30.

The day before a holiday, the telephone exchange may have different opening hours.

The Swedish Work Environment Authority's answering service can answer questions about

  • the Working Environment Act, the Working Time Act and our provisions.
  • The Swedish Work Environment Authority's mission and how we work.
  • our e-services.
  • posting.

The Swedish Work Environment Authority's answering service can also receive tips on work environment problems and employee reports.

The Swedish Work Environment Authority's answering service cannot answer questions about

  • salary, vacation, employment contracts, terminations and collective agreements.
  • how to specifically conduct your work environment tasks, solve a work environment problem or give notice in a specific situation.
  • an ongoing case.

The answering service is open every weekday 8.00-11.30.

The answering service will be closed on the following days 2020:
