Training and permits

The Swedish Work Environment Act also applies for foreign companies as well as posted employees. The Swedish Work Environment Authority’s provisions which act as a supplement to the Work Environment Act also apply. Within several areas, the Swedish Work Environment Authority requires that you have the correct training and that you apply for a permit.
